I went to bed last night-well actually this morning at 6 a.m. I just couldn't put the clay down all the while listening to lots of Nina Simone. I even added two of her songs to my playlist on the blog but for some strange reason it doesn't play *sigh*
Sweat potatoe (my favorite), green beans, leak, carrots, ginger, onion chopped in half and potatoes; it was originally three potatoes. Then one rolled away. I'm still on the look out for it.
Oh and I made a bowl of strawberries. I'm going to need a nice lens for special close up shots.
and I thought Jake's "lunch" needed some grapes to complete it.

Hi dear ....I love the picture of Jake and your little food. Fantastic!
Thank you for visiting me and for your kind comment..... I have 7 children and although they say that I amthe best, grin, I think I am the one that drives them crazy some times with my ideas!hahaha, Pat
Did you question the most likely suspect in relation to the missing potato - Buddy?? You are one crazy woman staying up all night making minis LOL Do you want to do a swap sometime? I've got a kitchen with no food!! Mind you the house isn't liveable yet anyway cos there's no furniture either except in the kitchen (and that's because I bought that, te he) but they'll be able to move in soon in a minimal kind of way. There's already some wine in the built in wine rack in the kitchen (prioritising is very important LOL) but they're going to need something to eat/cook/stash in the fridge ...
Jake is looking very handsome! I don't know what happens, one minute they're teeny tiny little things and next minute young men. I often look at my little 1 year old grandson and think that before we know it he's going to be a big guy like his daddy, and everyone's going to wonder where the years went...
Hi Norma! lol that's my kind of house where there's a wine rack and no food! I would be happy to do a swap most definitely. And yes I cannot believe Jake is the little baby I held in my arms at just 6lbs 14oz :D
Patricia,
7 children is a great feat!!! Wow. And your miniatures are so amazing.
Chadina your food is great, you've obviously done this before. You sound a bit like me, when you're doing something you really enjoy you can't stop until you're almost exhausted.
Jake is indeed very handsome, you must be a proud mum!
